CMK Properties successfully facilitated the development of a new Tractor Supply Company in Ladysmith, Wisconsin. After three months of development and renovation, the space now features a newly paved parking lot, fresh exterior paint and signage, and the addition of a garden center. This effort culminated in the successful opening of the Ladysmith store, celebrated with a grand opening event attended by organizations from across the Ladysmith community.
