CMK Properties celebrated the successful development of a new Tractor Supply Company location in Baxter Springs, Kansas. The renovation to the site, which was formerly a Walmart store, included a new roof, parking lot enhancements, upgraded HVAC units, and other interior and exterior improvements tailored to the needs of a Tractor Supply Company store, such as a pet wash station and garden center. The grand opening of the Baxter Springs location was well-received and attended by many members of the community, and the location continues to serve the community with a wide range of products tailored to rural lifestyles.
